MiSide launched on December 10, 2024, developed by a two-person team at AIHASTO. Since launch, the developer has remained actively engaged: Photo Mode was added on December 25, 2024 (v0.91), additional language support and bug fixes arrived in late December 2024 (v0.921), further fixes and improvements shipped on February 14, 2025 (v0.93), and a substantial localization and voice-over update was released on June 13, 2025 (v0.93L). The only paid DLC is the game soundtrack, which released on December 14, 2024 and is already available. In the December 25, 2024 update post, the AIHASTO team explicitly stated they are "continuing to polish the game and produce the planned content" and will "carefully consider future plans, which will cover all aspects of the game, both inside and outside the game," with a commitment to share those plans when available. This is a direct developer statement that additional content is in the pipeline. While no specific named content has been announced since then, the developer has not walked back or superseded this statement, and their most recent communication on June 13, 2025 reflects continued active engagement with the game. The developer's own words indicate more is planned — the content status here is not speculative.
