Momodora III launched on July 1, 2014 as a complete, self-contained action platformer. Following launch, the developer shipped a series of patches through May 31, 2015 — adding features like Steam trading cards, a new difficulty mode, key remapping, and fixing various bugs. The last of these updates (v1.11) was posted on May 31, 2015. Since then, there have been no further updates to Momodora III itself. The developer's attention shifted to subsequent projects: Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight (announced February 29, 2016 and released March 4, 2016), and later Minoria, a spiritual sequel announced in 2019. The store description makes no mention of planned content, season passes, or ongoing development. No DLC was ever listed for the game. Momodora III shipped as a finished product, received post-launch polish updates through mid-2015, and has been complete since then.
