Evaluation
Mushroom 11 launched on October 15, 2015 as a complete, self-contained puzzle platformer. Its only DLC is the soundtrack, which was released on launch day. The developer shipped several post-launch patches in October–November 2015 addressing difficulty tuning, controls, and bug fixes, followed by a May 4, 2016 update (v1.07) adding cloud saving and puzzle improvements. That May 2016 post mentioned localization and platform ports were coming soon, but no further Steam news posts followed — those were routine quality-of-life additions rather than new content. There is no roadmap, no unreleased DLC, no announced expansions, and no history of major content additions after launch. The game shipped as a finished product and has remained that way. Last developer communication on Steam was on May 4, 2016.
Evidence
The only DLC is the game's soundtrack, released on launch day. No additional DLC has been announced or listed.
Version 1.07 added cloud saving, puzzle improvements, and an enhanced control scheme. Developer mentioned localization and platform ports in progress — the last official Steam communication from the developer.

About this game
Delete it and it will grow.
Mold an amorphous organism into any shape by pruning its cells. New cells will immediately grow, allowing you to traverse a mysterious world across brain-twisting obstacles, overcome swarms of bizarre mutated creatures, and understand the true nature of the devastation from which you emerged. The eerily beautiful visuals are complemented by the exquisite, ethereal soundtrack of British electronica legend The Future Sound of London, also available as DLC.
