This is the free Prologue app for Nadir: A Grimdark Deck Builder — a standalone demo/preview product for the full game (Steam App ID 1535100), not the full game itself. The Prologue launched on March 22, 2022 and received a series of updates throughout 2022 as the full game was being developed: a new enemies update in April 2022, the Damnation Update in June 2022, the Double Cards Crafting Update in September 2022, and a final polish pass on October 29, 2022. That October 29 update was explicitly described by the developer as "the last Prologue update before the game release," at which point the full Early Access game launched on November 8, 2022. No further updates to this Prologue app have been posted since October 29, 2022. The Prologue's purpose — serving as a free introduction and preview of the full game — was fulfilled when the full game launched. The developer has not communicated any intention to update this Prologue further, and no new content has shipped since that final pre-launch update.

Command an avatar of one of the Deadly Sins in 1v1 fights against powerful demons.

🔥 DOUBLE CARDS

Engage in card battles where each of your cards can be played in two ways, depending on its color: blue or red. Balance between them to your advantage, but be careful, as your every action charges the abilities of the enemy.

🔥 CARDS CRAFTING

Collect red and blue abilities on your journey and combine them into unique double cards, shaping the deck in your own way to prepare for upcoming challenges and survive as long as possible.

🔥 EXPAND YOUR CITY

Gather resources during expeditions to expand the city of Nadir and unlock new characters, cards, and vendors. Develop your underworld kingdom and increase your chances in future fights until you can beat the boss and unlock new Sins.
