Nasty Rogue launched on December 26, 2019, and received two feature updates in early 2020: a content update on January 16, 2020 (adding a new Archer class, items, and areas) and an enchantment system update on May 3, 2020. That May 2020 update appears to be the last content delivered for this game. On September 6, 2023, the developer announced a sequel called Miner Rogue, explicitly describing it as a new game set in a "fully destructible Voxel Open World" with a free demo. This announcement signals that the developer has moved on to a new project rather than continuing to develop Nasty Rogue. There have been no news posts, patches, or developer communications for Nasty Rogue since May 2020, and no future content has been announced for it. The game appears to have shipped as a complete product with its post-launch updates, and development has concluded.
