Evaluation
Ne no Kami - The Two Princess Knights of Kyoto Part 2 released on September 7, 2017 as the concluding chapter of the Ne no Kami series. The store description explicitly frames this as a conclusion ("the concluding chapter"). Two DLC packs were subsequently released: an Extra Story pack on April 20, 2018, and an 18+ Adult Only Content patch on October 5, 2018. Both are fully released with no unreleased DLC remaining on the store. There is no developer roadmap, no announced future content, and no post-launch update pattern for this title beyond those two DLC releases. The only developer news post associated with this game (from October 7, 2022) is a promotion for the developer's next game, Watamari - A Match Made in Heaven, rather than any announcement of new content for this title. The game launched as a complete visual novel and all supplementary content has shipped.
Evidence
Store description explicitly calls this 'the concluding chapter' of the Ne no Kami series, indicating the narrative is self-contained and complete.
The developer's most recent communication for this game is a promotional post for their new title (Watamari - A Match Made in Heaven), with no new content announced for Ne no Kami Part 2.
