Neurodeck launched on March 18, 2021. Following a rocky start, the developer committed to three months of post-launch improvements (announced March 23, 2021) and delivered several notable updates — including version 1.2 on May 4, 2021, which added 14 new cards and new traits, and version 1.4.1 in beta by June 24, 2021. On September 2, 2021, the developer posted a direct statement confirming that Neurodeck development was wrapping up: "I'm glad to announce we're working on a new project after finishing Neurodeck. There are still some few things left on Neurodeck, but we need to keep up the pace and work on something new." This statement makes clear the team had moved on. The October 2022 announcement of their next game (Creeping Deck) further confirms the studio's focus had shifted away from Neurodeck. The only DLC listed is a Supporter Pack that released on launch day — no additional paid or free DLC was ever announced or listed as unreleased. There is no evidence of any content updates, patches, or developer communications about Neurodeck after September 2021. The game shipped as a complete product and the developer has confirmed development concluded.
