No Plan B launched on April 3, 2024 and received steady post-launch support through a series of feature patches (versions 1.0.1 through 1.1.11) between April and August 2024. On August 1, 2025, the developer shipped Update 1.2 alongside the game's first major paid DLC, "No Plan Z," which introduced a zombie-themed mode with new enemy behaviors and skins. All three items in the DLC list are now marked as released.
Since August 1, 2025, the developer's communications on the No Plan B Steam page have shifted to promoting two new, separate games — "Echoes of the Architects" (announced November 2024, demo February 2025) and "Endless Escalation" (announced November 2025, demo also November 2025). Neither of these announcements references any further planned content for No Plan B. The developer has not published a roadmap, announced additional DLC, or otherwise indicated that more content for No Plan B is forthcoming. The last substantive update to No Plan B was Update 1.2 on August 1, 2025, and the developer's attention appears to have moved on to new projects.
