Not Monday Cafe launched on June 22, 2025 and has received a steady stream of major content updates throughout its first year. The developer shipped seasonal and crossover updates including a Halloween/Autumn update (October 2, 2025), a Lakeside Bar crossover (November 7, 2025), a Christmas update (December 11, 2025), and a Songkran Water Summer update (April 10, 2026). Between these, regular feature patches and bug fixes have also been released. On June 22, 2026 — the game's one-year anniversary — the developer posted a direct statement about what comes next: they are working on a Mac version, a mobile port, and a future crossover event between Not Monday Cafe and their new title, Neko Station. This confirms the developer is actively planning new content for the game. No announcement of a final update or end to development has been made. The only DLC is a cosmetic Supporter Pack that released at launch.
