Open Country launched on June 10, 2021. In the weeks following launch, the developer (FUN Labs) posted an upcoming fixes announcement on June 17, 2021, shipped a patch on June 24, 2021, and followed that with another patch on August 18, 2021. These were all bug fixes and small quality-of-life improvements responding to community feedback — there was no roadmap, no announced DLC, no season pass, and no indication of planned expansions or major content updates beyond getting the base game into better shape. The August 18, 2021 patch is the last recorded developer communication. Since then — now nearly five years ago as of June 2026 — there have been no further posts, announcements, or updates of any kind. The store description makes no mention of planned content, seasons, or additional DLC. The DLC list shows no unreleased items. With no post-launch content pattern ever established beyond launch-window bug fixes, and no developer communication of any kind since August 18, 2021, the game is best understood as a finished product that shipped complete on its release date.
