Organ Quarter

Organ Quarter launched on October 19, 2017 as a self-contained VR survival horror game. The developer published a post-launch roadmap on October 20, 2017 outlining several planned free updates, including a Quality of Life update and a Non-VR mode. Those updates were subsequently delivered through a series of patches in late 2017 and 2018. The studio then shifted focus to their next game, GUILT: The Deathless, announcing a Kickstarter for it in May 2019 and releasing it into Early Access in April 2022. Organ Quarter received one more major update — version 1.2.00 on June 28, 2023 — which added language support, achievements, Quest headset compatibility, and performance improvements. That post closed with "watch this space for future updates," but this is a routine sign-off phrase and no specific content has been announced since. The most recent developer communication for Organ Quarter was a minor bug fix on August 1, 2023. The game's store description presents it as a complete, self-contained story experience of 5–8 hours. All DLC (the soundtrack) has been released. No roadmap, unreleased DLC, or announced future content exists. The original post-launch roadmap commitments were fulfilled. With no outstanding promises and no communication since August 1, 2023 — now nearly three years ago — the game is a complete, finished product.
