Painkiller Hell & Damnation launched on October 31, 2012 as a modern remake of the classic Painkiller shooter. The developer shipped ten DLC packs post-launch, all of which are now released on the store. The last major developer activity was the MegaPatch on May 27, 2014, which added bonus levels, Mac support, dedicated server tools, Steam Workshop/Development Kit support, and extensive bug fixes across all DLC. Prior to that, the final new DLC — "City Critters" — shipped on December 13, 2013. There have been no developer communications of any kind since May 27, 2014, and no unreleased DLC remains listed on the store. All content has been delivered, and the game has been in a complete, maintenance-free state since mid-2014.
