PARA♰BELLUM launched on April 30, 2024 as an openly acknowledged early-stage game. The developer (a solo/small team) immediately published a roadmap outlining several planned systems — enemy types, boss content, relics, achievements, and more. Over the following months, all of those roadmap items were shipped across three major updates: version 1.05 (June 1, 2024) added new enemy types, four new bosses, and the Crisis Contracts system; version 1.25 "Arsenal of Legacy" (July 28, 2024) added perk management systems and weapon upgrades; and version 1.5 (October 3, 2024) delivered the outfit system, 30+ new perks and relics, and a boss arena — completing the original roadmap. The last developer communication of any kind was the October 3, 2024 post announcing version 1.5. Since that date, there have been no further announcements, roadmap posts, or teasers of additional content. The original roadmap's stated development window of "3 or 4 months" aligns with the October 2024 completion. All known planned content has been delivered, and the developer has not indicated anything further is in the works. The game appears to have reached its intended content scope with the 1.5 update.

When the Revolver is not equal enough, He invested the Holy Church, Granting them all the Firearms, Dynamites and Service lines.
Since then, Whenever the world suffer, He can just turn off the phone and pretend to be dead. Then the Fathers and Sisters of Holy Church had to shoulder the heavy burden of wiping his ass.
