Pavlov

Pavlov has a long and well-established history of major content updates, and that pattern is actively continuing. The developer has shipped at least 7 documented major updates over several years, covering engine upgrades (Unreal Engine 5.1 in June 2023), new game modes, new maps, weapon systems, a full cosmetics store, a stats system, and most recently the Steam Frame platform expansion. The latest update — Update 34, released on August 12, 2026 — brought custom gloves and watches with a rotating cosmetics store, bot support improvements, and a range of optimizations and bug fixes. Critically, the developer stated in this post that they are "currently working to improve bots for a future update" and want to "increase our update frequency" — a clear forward-looking commitment to continued development. Prior to that, Update 33 (December 19, 2025) added the Japan map, a player stats system, weapon camo unlocks, and a new co-op Killhouse mode. Update 32 arrived in February 2025, and Update 31 launched alongside the game's full release on December 4, 2024. This establishes a sustained cadence of major updates roughly every 3–10 months, with no signal from the developer that this is ending. The cosmetics store, which the developer notes will rotate items "throughout the year," also points to ongoing live engagement with the game's content pipeline.
