Pharmacy Simulator launched into Early Access on August 30, 2024. The first several months were focused on bug fixes and small feature patches (versions 0.0.3, 0.0.4, and 0.1), with the developer actively communicating through late 2024. On April 4, 2025, the developer posted a notable "new beginning" statement acknowledging they had neglected the game for roughly six months and promising a major comeback. The following day, April 5, 2025, they published a detailed roadmap targeting a large content update for June 2025 — covering a redesigned UI, a larger game map, voiced NPCs, new systems like magistral medicine crafting and online sales, and many other additions. On July 3, 2025, the developer confirmed the June update had been delayed, stating that most planned work was complete and the game was in testing. That post is the last known communication from the team. As of June 20, 2026, nearly 12 months have passed since that final post with no update shipped, no new roadmap, and no developer communication of any kind. The promised major update remains unaccounted for — it was neither confirmed as released nor formally cancelled. Given the studio's previously acknowledged period of going dark, the extended silence raises genuine uncertainty about whether development is continuing.
