Pickle

Pickle launched on July 26, 2024 as a free-to-play clicker game. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped a small bug fix on July 30, 2024, and then published a development roadmap on August 21, 2024 outlining significant plans: regular new pickle releases on a frequent schedule, new rarity tags, in-game animations, a premium item store, an inventory system, and a trade-up feature. However, August 21, 2024 was the last communication from the developer. None of the roadmap's promised features — the item store, inventory system, trade-up mechanic, or sustained pickle release schedule — have been confirmed as shipped through any official channel. As of June 19, 2026, nearly 22 months have passed with no updates, no patch notes, and no developer posts of any kind. The roadmap represented a clear commitment to future content, but the prolonged silence with no explanation makes it impossible to confirm whether any of that content is still being developed.
