Wunderdoktor launched on October 11, 2017 as a complete, self-contained game. The only DLC ever released was the Official Soundtrack, which shipped on launch day. Following release, Ghostbutter issued a small number of patches — a gameplay and bugfix update on October 21, 2017 and a further bugfix patch on January 6, 2018 — addressing bugs and minor refinements with no new content added.
By July 2020, the studio had moved on to a new project, announcing Penko Park, which launched on November 5, 2020. There has been no communication on the Wunderdoktor page since January 2018, no unreleased DLC, no roadmap, and no developer statement of any planned future content for the game. The store description describes only the base game's features with no mention of ongoing support or expansions.
