Varenje

Varenje is a free-to-play casual adventure game that launched on July 3, 2018 after nearly four years of development. The developer shipped a complete game at launch — the pre-release announcement on May 21, 2018 explicitly stated "The game is finished!" Following release, the team continued post-launch maintenance: adding languages (July 2018), expanding the in-game music (September 2018), and releasing quality-of-life patches and bug fixes through early 2019. The most significant post-launch communication came on December 26, 2018, when the developer addressed plans for a meta-game and lore layer that had been partially removed after some players decompiled the game's source code. The developer left open the possibility of continuing meta-game development in future updates, but no concrete follow-through was ever announced. The final recorded update was a bug fix patch on October 4, 2019. All four DLC items — the soundtrack, full game unlock, a second soundtrack volume, and a strategy guide — were released in 2018 and no unreleased DLC exists. The developer has not posted any updates since October 4, 2019, and no future content has been announced. The game appears to have reached its final state.
