Evaluation
Pigeons Attack launched out of Early Access on February 21, 2019. Following that release, the developer shipped a consistent series of updates: a multiplayer invite feature (February 24, 2019), map selection for multiplayer and Spanish localization (February 27, 2019), a new secret character (April 17, 2019), and a major update adding a new UI, skins, and additional language support (October 16, 2020). The last recorded update was a joystick compatibility patch on February 18, 2021.
Since February 18, 2021, there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no patches, no announcements, no dev posts. That is over five years of silence as of today (June 27, 2026). The game has no unreleased DLC listed on the store, no announced future content, and no season pass or live service structure. The developer made no promises of ongoing content after the final patch.
The 1.0 launch post did mention keeping the game updated "with new cool stuff in the future," but that was a general statement at launch and was subsequently fulfilled through the updates that followed. The final update in February 2021 carried no forward-looking commitments. Given the extended silence, the absence of any outstanding content commitments, and no DLC structure of any kind, the game is best understood as complete — a finished indie title that received post-launch polish and additions before the developer moved on.
Evidence
Update 1.3.1 fixes joystick compatibility issues and makes upgrades limitless. This is the last recorded developer communication.
Update 1.3 delivers a fully remade UI, skins system, new multiplayer lobby, and three new languages. Developer notes they 'will keep releasing new skins throughout the updates.'

You must have already realized that pigeons are getting more and more loose, right? They sit on our table in an open-air cafeteria, calmly cross a busy street, enter the most unusual places… Not to mention what they do when they see our newly washed car. Of course pigeons want to rule us! We humans are still free, but in Almerath, a faraway kingdom, the invasion has already begun. In the first contact with the creatures of the Kingdom of Pruuzharia, the people of Almerath believed that pigeons were peaceful beings, besides that was the message transmitted by them at the capital of the kingdom. But after seeing a small popcorn sack, they revealed their evil nature.Well, I got to go now.
