Pirate Fighting Simulator

Pirate Fighting Simulator launched on November 13, 2023 as a free-to-play multiplayer PVP game. Over the following years, the developer shipped 14 numbered updates covering new game modes, maps, weapons, UI overhauls, seasonal content, and cosmetic systems. On August 4, 2026, the developer published Update 14 along with a clear statement about the game's future: "this is the last major pfs update" and "i don't want to add anything huge apart from new cosmetics from now." They also noted: "after working on it for 4 years its probably time i should stop." This is a direct developer statement closing out major feature development. However, the same post explicitly previews future cosmetic content: "next update will probably be some more cosmetics around halloween time." This means the game is not fully complete — the developer has signalled at least one more planned update with new content (Halloween cosmetics), even if large-scale feature development has concluded. The game remains available as a free-to-play multiplayer title and is still being maintained by the developer, albeit in a lighter capacity going forward.
