Evaluation

Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville launched on Steam on June 4, 2020. The only DLC listed — the Season's Eatingz Upgrade — also released on June 4, 2020, the same day as the game itself. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, and the two developer news posts on Steam carry no meaningful content signals (no patch notes, no announcements, no roadmaps). EA and PopCap have made no public statements announcing future content for this title, and no updates of any kind have been communicated through the Steam news feed. The game has no sustained post-launch update pattern. All available content shipped at launch, and development appears to have concluded at that point.
Evidence
The only DLC, Season's Eatingz Upgrade, released on the same day as the base game. No unreleased DLC exists on the store.
