Power of Ten

Power of Ten launched into full 1.0 release on January 11, 2023, after a period in Early Access. The developer continued to ship meaningful updates after launch: a significant content patch (Update 1.3, April 29, 2023) added a full in-game achievement system, new mechanics, and dozens of new upgrades and weapons, and Update 1.3.5 (June 9, 2023) added daily runs and weekly leaderboards. Critically, in the April 29, 2023 post, the developer explicitly stated they were "winding down what I'll call 'active development' on the game," noting they felt good about the content level and had a new project spinning up. They acknowledged they could not confirm any further sizable updates but left open the possibility of occasional additions or DLC "down the road" — without committing to anything specific. The final substantial update, 1.3.6 (March 19, 2024), was primarily a console launch companion patch focused on quality-of-life improvements and optimization rather than new content. In that same post, the developer announced they had been working on an entirely new game, Neon Auto Party, and invited players to wishlist it — reinforcing that their focus had shifted away from Power of Ten. Since March 19, 2024, there have been no further developer communications about Power of Ten. No future content has been announced, no unreleased DLC is listed on the store, and the developer's own words confirm they had concluded active development by mid-2023 at the latest. The game launched as a complete, finished product and received its final round of updates by March 2024.
