Princess & Conquest

Princess & Conquest reached version 1.0 on September 26, 2025, when the 20th Reign (Toy Princess) launched. The developer stated at that time that they would continue working to bring remaining princess Routes to the game. Since then, the game has received a steady stream of major updates: a Lewd Dungeons overhaul in December 2025, a Spring 2026 update in March 2026, the Rabbit Route Ending in April 2026, and a major Bows gameplay system added in June 2026. On July 16, 2026, the developer posted that a new "Mod your Princess!" DLC (DLC #4) is nearing its Steam launch, with only the Scenarios feature remaining before release. This is a concrete, specific, unshipped piece of content that has been publicly announced. That same post also confirmed the developer intends to "keep updating for free Princess & Conquest with new content" even as they launch their new game, Queen of Clubs. On July 22, 2026, the developer announced that Queen of Clubs — a spin-off tavern management game — had launched on Steam. The July 16 post explicitly reassures players that this does not mean Princess & Conquest development is stopping. All three existing DLC packs (Additional Characters #1, #2, and #3) have shipped. A fourth DLC is announced and imminent. The developer's own store description notes the game is still working toward its final vision (the 17th Reign out of 20 is mentioned, though the store description may not have been updated to reflect the 1.0 milestone). Development communication has been consistent and frequent throughout 2025 and 2026, with the most recent post dated July 22, 2026.
