Project Shoreline

Project Shoreline launched on November 15, 2024 as a free-to-play cozy mini-adventure. On December 6, 2024, just three weeks after launch, the developer posted a detailed FAQ directly addressing the game's future. They stated: "As Project Shoreline was a small project intended to do an initial exploration of the Muri's world, it will most likely not be getting any further updates. We're currently fully focused on building a bigger adventure in Muri: Wildwoods." This is as close to an explicit "development is complete" statement as a developer is likely to give — the project was always intended as a self-contained exploratory release, and the team has moved on to its successor. The only post-launch update on record (October 13, 2025) was a routine security patch using Unity's Security Patcher, which is maintenance rather than new content. The developer's attention has fully shifted to Muri: Wildwoods, with a demo announced for February 27, 2026. Project Shoreline is a finished, complete game.
