Puzzline launched on November 4, 2022, and received a steady stream of new deck types and game modes throughout its first year of release. On August 20, 2023, the developer explicitly announced the release of the "Special" deck and stated that it "will be the last deck to be added," marking a clear end to new content. Since then, the developer has continued light maintenance work — a balance and English text update on February 9, 2025 and a bug fix the same day — but no new content has been introduced or hinted at. The game shipped as a complete package of decks and modes, and the developer has confirmed that no further content additions are planned.
