Quantum Suicide is a science fiction visual novel that launched on September 10, 2020. In the months following release, the solo developer (MoltenCherry) was actively polishing and expanding the game: multiple feature patches addressed voice acting, bug fixes, and UI improvements through late 2020, and two bonus content drops were added — extended romantic endings in December 2020 and a Christmas-themed extra chapter on December 25, 2020. The last major content release was a Halloween extra chapter on October 28, 2021, adding a new playable "Deletion Game" round with randomized elements. In that same post, the developer noted they were "still supporting this game (with more updates and patches planned for future)" — however, that statement is now nearly five years old and no further news posts, patches, or communications have appeared since. The game's store description reads as a complete, finished product describing all its features in present tense, with no mention of planned additions. With no developer communications since October 28, 2021, no unreleased DLC on the store, and no roadmap or announced future content, the game is best understood as having reached its completed state with that final Halloween update.

Quantum Suicide is a game of betrayal, deception and romance in the cold depths of space.

This science fiction thriller visual novel tells the tale of an intergenerational mission and its diverse crew, fighting against a deadly AI (and each other) for the chance to survive. Strategy, love interests and quantum mechanics await you. Your choices change the fate of everyone in Quantum Suicide.

You play as a researcher aboard a spaceship on an epic mission to find humanity a new home. The mission is jeopardized by a corrupted A.I system that forces you to play "The Deletion Game", a weekly game where you must battle your crew mates for survival. Prepare to make both friends and enemies of your crew members as you play through rounds of "The Deletion Game". Can you see the Everett's mission through to the end...alive?
