Rent A Car Simulator 24: Prologue

Rent A Car Simulator 24: Prologue is a free-to-play, intentionally limited preview of the full game (Rent A Car Simulator 24, a separate Steam product). The store description explicitly describes it as "a limited version of the full game" and directs players to wishlist the full game for the complete experience. The developer's news activity on this Prologue page is almost entirely focused on the separate full game. Posts from July and August 2024 announced the full game's Early Access launch on August 23, 2024, and subsequent updates (September 2024 onward) describe new features being added to that full game — not to this Prologue. A duplicated post dated September 14, 2026 (NEWS-1) appears to be a re-posting of the August 2024 full game launch announcement (NEWS-2), with identical content; it does not represent new development on the Prologue itself. The Prologue received only minor direct updates: a few vehicle and feature additions in its early weeks (April–May 2024) and a performance hotfix on October 28, 2024. No updates have targeted the Prologue since October 2024, and the developer has made no announcements of any future Prologue content. This product launched as a finished, self-contained demo. It has no DLC, no roadmap, and no post-launch content cycle of its own. The developer's full attention has moved to the separately sold full game.
