Requiem: Desiderium Mortis is a free-to-play MMORPG that originally launched on March 4, 2015. It is designed as a live service game — it has historically received recurring seasonal events (Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Anniversary events), regular content patches, and new story content such as the Mare Tenebrae expansion in September 2019. The game was relaunched in July 2022 with a new client installation via Steam, signaling a renewed commitment to the game's operation. However, the July 27, 2022 relaunch announcement is the last official communication from the developer on Steam.
