Retaliation is no longer available for purchase on Steam — the game has been removed from the storefront. It was originally released on December 18, 2015 as a student project by sole developer Cameron Baxter (Electric Bandwidth), created during studies at the University of Creative Arts Farnham. The game was made free-to-play in May 2016, and in that same announcement the developer indicated they were moving on to a new project. Developer activity ceased after February 2016, with the last news post dated February 9, 2016. The game is no longer purchasable in any form.
