Re:Turn – One Way Trip launched on October 14, 2020 as a self-contained horror adventure game. The developer shipped one patch on January 18, 2021 with quality-of-life improvements and a teaser hint at a sequel, and released a Digital Comic Book DLC on November 6, 2020. On April 13, 2021, Red Ego Games announced a full sequel — Re:Turn 2: Runaway — as a separate product on its own Steam store page. This announcement is the last known developer communication about this game. There is no unreleased DLC, no roadmap, and no post-launch content cadence beyond the single patch. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained story, and all post-launch activity (the patch and the comic book DLC) was delivered by November 2021 at the latest. The sequel is a separate title, not additional content for this game.

Re:Turn – One Way Trip tells the terrifying story of five college friends on a post-graduation vacation. This might be their last trip together before the adulthood swallows them whole. Unfortunately for them, a far more sinister force has found them and hungers for their souls.
When Saki awakens in the middle of the night to find that her friends have disappeared from their campsite, she is soon lured to an abandoned train. It stands silent, as if has been waiting for its final passenger to board. Waiting for her.
As Saki searches the train for her friends, the barrier between the past and the present starts to dissolve. Otherworldly horrors confront Saki as she begins to learn the train’s deadly secrets.
