Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII

Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII launched on January 27, 2016 and received a substantial wave of post-launch support. The major content milestone was the "Fame and Strategy Expansion Pack" (DLC-2), released on February 15, 2017, which added significant new gameplay systems. Alongside this expansion, the developer shipped numerous additional DLC packs throughout 2016 and 2017, including additional scenarios, officer data sets, BGM packs, Hero Mode stages, and officer graphic sets — all of which are now released. The last DLC to ship was a watercolor painting style officer CG set on June 21, 2017. After the DLC cycle concluded, the developer continued to issue patches. A February 16, 2017 update added compatibility with the expansion pack, a March 2017 update added English language support, a September 2019 update added Simplified Chinese language support, and a February 14, 2020 patch corrected several bugs. That February 2020 patch represents the last recorded developer communication. All 37 DLC items are marked as released, with no unreleased items listed on the store. The developer has issued no announcements of future content, no roadmap, and no further patches since February 14, 2020. The post-launch update pattern has clearly concluded. The game launched as a premium title, completed its planned content cycle through mid-2017, and received maintenance patches through early 2020. It is now a complete, finished product.
