Rumble Club launched as a free-to-play physics-based battle royale on April 23, 2024. From launch through September 2024, Lightfox Games maintained an active development cadence, shipping multiple seasons of content: Season 1 launched with the game, Season 2 arrived on June 24, 2024 with a new map, gadgets, and a tournament system, and Season 3 launched on September 23, 2024 with a military theme and five new gadgets. Between seasons the team also shipped mid-season updates including new game modes (Gadget Game, Juiced Up), new maps, and the limited-time Punchie Games event in late July 2024. The game is built around a seasonal live-service model with Rumble Passes, rotating cosmetics, themed gadget sets, and monetized premium tiers — a structure designed to receive ongoing content indefinitely. However, the last official communication from the developer was the Season 3 launch post on September 23, 2024. As of June 20, 2026 — nearly 21 months later — there have been no patch notes, season announcements, event posts, or any other developer updates. Given that the game was shipping new seasons approximately every 3 months during its first year of operation, this silence is significantly beyond what would be expected if seasonal development were continuing normally. There is no developer statement explaining the pause, announcing a hiatus, or confirming the game's future plans. The game remains available for purchase and playable, but the absence of any communication since September 2024 creates meaningful uncertainty about whether the live-service content cycle is still active.
