Ruza is no longer available for purchase on Steam — the game has been delisted. The developer, Stroj, released the final chapter of the game on October 31, 2025, explicitly marking it as the story's intended conclusion. That post described the update as "a significant milestone" representing "the culmination of a decade of work," and outlined that ongoing support would be limited to minor bug fixes and quality-of-life adjustments — no new story content. The game's narrative journey spanned three chapters released episodically: Chapter 1 at launch (November 2022), a Chapter 1 content update (June 2023), Chapter 2 (July 2024), and the final Chapter 3 (October 2025). The developer has since moved on to working on a brand-new RPG project. The game's content was complete as of October 31, 2025, though it can no longer be purchased.
