Sakuya Izayoi Gives You Advice And Dabs launched on February 10, 2020 as a complete, self-contained casual fangame. Following launch, the developer shipped a handful of additions: language support patches for Simplified Chinese (February 16, 2020), Spanish (March 7, 2020), Russian (May 18, 2020), a new bonus character (Wriggle Nightbug, July 18, 2020), Korean translation (December 7, 2021), and finally Japanese localization alongside the Nitori Kawashiro DLC (March 28, 2022). All DLC listed on the store has been released. The developer has not announced any further content, roadmaps, or upcoming updates. The most recent developer communication of any kind was on March 28, 2022, and the game has been quiet since. There is no post-launch pattern of major content expansions, and no outstanding commitments. The game appears to be a complete, finished product as of its last update in March 2022.
