Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space is a remastered collection of five episodes from Telltale's second Sam & Max season, released on December 8, 2021. The game shipped as a complete product — all five episodes were included at launch, with no post-launch story content ever planned or announced.
After launch, Skunkape delivered on two promised extras: the official soundtrack (December 18, 2021) and the original 2007/2008 episodes as free DLC (April 8, 2022). Both are now released, completing the package. Following that, the developer has issued several bug-fix and polish patches — most recently version 2.1.0 on March 5, 2026 — keeping the game running smoothly, but these contain no new content.
No further DLC, expansions, or content additions have been announced. The March 2026 patch notes mention that Skunkape spent the past year working on an entirely separate game (a remaster of Poker Night at the Inventory), which suggests the team's focus has shifted. The April 2025 sale post frames the Sam & Max trilogy as a completed set. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no roadmap commitments, and no developer statements hinting at additional content for this title.
The game is a complete, fully delivered product. Someone waiting for all content would have had everything available as of April 8, 2022, when the original episodes DLC launched.
