SAMURAI WARRIORS 4-II launched on Steam on September 29, 2015. All 11 DLC packs — covering weapons, costumes, BGM sets, edit parts, horses, animals, scenarios, and exclusive costumes — were released between the launch date and October 28, 2015. No DLC has been left unreleased. The developer's news posts from this game's Steam page do not announce any future content for SAMURAI WARRIORS 4-II; the two relevant posts simply announce new releases in the broader Warriors franchise (WARRIORS OROCHI 3 Ultimate Definitive Edition in July 2022, and SAMURAI WARRIORS 4 DX in May 2024). The May 2024 post is notable: SAMURAI WARRIORS 4 DX is described as a separate, newer product on Steam that includes over 150 pieces of downloadable content — it appears to be a more complete, upgraded successor to this title. There are no outstanding content commitments, no roadmaps, and no developer statements suggesting further additions to SAMURAI WARRIORS 4-II. The game shipped as a complete product and its DLC cycle concluded in late October 2015.
