Santa Claus in Trouble (HD) launched on December 20, 2020 as a complete HD reimagining of the classic 2002/2004 games, shipping with 20 levels across 5 episodes, 6 enemy types, online leaderboards, and full controller support. The developer issued a flurry of polish and bug-fix patches in the days immediately following launch (December 23, 25, 27, and 29, 2020), and then added Steam Deck compatibility on July 14, 2023. There have been no news posts since July 2023, and the developer has never announced any DLC, expansions, or additional content. The store description presents the game as a self-contained package with a fixed feature set. With no post-launch content cadence, no unreleased DLC, and no developer statements pointing to future additions, the game launched as a finished product and has remained so.
