SC2VN - The eSports Visual Novel

SC2VN launched as a free-to-play visual novel on September 22, 2015. The game received a bug fix and typo correction update in April 2016, alongside an announcement that the team was working on a follow-up game (a prequel called "Don't Forget Our Esports Dream"). That prequel launched as a separate Steam title on November 21, 2018. The November 2018 post, which announced the prequel's launch, was the last developer communication about SC2VN. That post's language — "Thanks for all the support and kind reviews, and we hope to keep showing good games" — reads as a fond sign-off rather than a promise of future content for SC2VN itself. There is no DLC, no roadmap, no announced updates, and no evidence of any content planned for SC2VN. The game shipped as a complete standalone visual novel and has received no substantive post-launch additions. The developer's energy moved to a separate sequel product. SC2VN is complete as originally released.
