Scathe launched on August 31, 2022 and received a series of post-launch updates from the developer, Damage State. The first meaningful post-launch content arrived on September 30, 2022 with the "Guiding Light Update" (Update 1.0), which added a revamped map system, fast travel, and a new objectives system. A second patch followed on January 6, 2023 with quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes. The most substantial post-launch update arrived on May 30, 2023 — the "Enforcer Edition" (Update 2.0) — which added two new gameplay modes (Speedrun Mode and Arcade Mode), six new gameplay modifiers, and further quality-of-life improvements. The store description references the Enforcer Edition content, consistent with this being the culmination of the game's post-launch development. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no developer announcements of upcoming content, and no further developer communications after May 30, 2023. The two major content updates were separated by roughly 8 months, and it has now been over three years since the last developer post of any kind — well beyond any reasonable expectation of continued updates given the established pattern. Online Multiplayer
