Security Hole launched on September 28, 2016 and received a series of post-launch patches through mid-2017. These updates added features such as an unlimited boosters mode (April 18, 2017), survival mode improvements, volume controls, gamepad support, and various bug fixes. The last recorded developer communication was a Mac-specific bug fix on July 3, 2017. Since that date — nearly nine years ago — there have been no further updates, announcements, or developer communications of any kind. The game has no DLC, no announced future content, and no ongoing update pattern. It launched as a self-contained puzzle game with a story mode and endless survival mode, and all development activity has long since concluded.

About this game
Deceptively simple levels in the beginning lead up to hardcore levels at the end. A large variety of shapes and constraints, randomly generated levels and brute force + random rotation protection will force you to use your spatial awareness in order to proceed. Without developing your mental rotation skills from level to level, you will find yourself constantly failing. In addition, you will have a noble mission to save humanity throughout the cyberpunk story.

OK, here is one last thing: the game contains an endless survival mode, suitable for eSports thanks to an adjustable level code which allows competitors to play on the same level (built with the same random sequence).
