Seer's Gambit

Seer's Gambit launched on November 18, 2024 and has been receiving a consistent stream of updates from its two-person developer team (Unleash The Giraffe) ever since. The post-launch history includes two major free content drops — the Endless Run game mode on January 15, 2025 and a secondary equipment slot system on February 26, 2025 — as well as a paid DLC called "Dawn of Unlikely Heroes" (released June 2, 2025) that added two new heroes (the Candlemage and the Good Knight), and a free new character (the Shroomherder) released alongside it. The most recent update, posted on April 21, 2026, added a hero selection option at run start, high-resolution portraits, and various balance tweaks — demonstrating that the developers are still actively improving the game in response to community feedback. The developers have not announced any conclusion to post-launch support, and their communication history shows a consistent pattern of engagement with their player community throughout the game's life. With no signals of winding down and a roughly 3–6 month cadence between major content drops, the game appears to be in a healthy, ongoing development cycle.
