Sequence Storm launched on December 21, 2018 and became free to play on January 18, 2021, with acts 1 and 2 of the story and 28 tracks available at no cost. Paid expansions and track packs followed between July 2020 and April 15, 2022, when the Olokun Dive! Expansion Pack shipped as the most recent major addition. The developer's last post was a Halloween event and Steam Workshop update on October 27, 2022. All eight DLC packs on the store are marked as released, and the developer has announced no further content. The game remains free to play on Steam, and no new expansions, roadmap, or development updates have been published since October 27, 2022.
