Seven: Enhanced Edition launched on December 1, 2017 as "Seven: The Days Long Gone." The developer actively supported the game post-launch with numerous patches and feature updates throughout 2017–2018. On August 16, 2018, a free expansion called "Drowned Past" was announced, adding over 7 hours of new story content. That expansion shipped as part of the "Enhanced Edition" relaunch on March 26, 2019, which was made available free to all existing owners and also came to PS4.
Since the Enhanced Edition launched in March 2019, there have been no new major content releases. Developer communication has been infrequent: a stability patch (1.3.2) shipped on May 1, 2020, a quest bug fix (1.3.3) arrived on August 25, 2020, and a crash fix (1.3.4) was released on October 10, 2023. The game was verified for Steam Deck on January 18, 2024. These are maintenance updates, not content expansions.
The two DLC items in the store listing — the Original Soundtrack and the Artbook/Guidebook/Map — were both released on December 1, 2017. No unreleased DLC exists. The store description describes the game as including the Drowned Past expansion as a complete package.
The developer (now operating as Fool's Theory) has since moved on to other projects, most notably The Thaumaturge, which launched on consoles in December 2024. There are no announcements of additional content for Seven: Enhanced Edition. The game appears to have reached its final form with the Enhanced Edition release in March 2019, which bundled all content into one complete package.

Continue exploration as serial thief Teriel, who runs into ‘the Enclave’, a ragtag group of mysterious vagabonds who have discovered the mythological sunken vessel and are exploring it in the hopes of unearthing riches. But things that are buried, are buried for good reason, as Teriel and the Enclave will discover.
You are free to explore wherever you please; only security checkpoints, monster-infested areas, and dangerous factions stand in your way!
If things go wrong, however, or you’re feeling impatient, there’s nothing to stop you from letting loose with an array of devastating weapons, and unleashing deadly magical skills upon your foes.
In such a desperate place, there are many who will take any help they can get. Choose whether to help or exploit Peh’s inhabitants, but be prepared for the consequences.
