Evaluation

Sex Chess launched on November 10, 2022 and received a texture pack update on November 15, 2022. Since then, the developer's news posts on this game's page have been almost entirely promotional announcements for the studio's other titles — "Sex with the Devil 2," "Broken Hearts Island," "Sex, Please," and "Futa Runner." No additional content updates, patches, or feature additions for Sex Chess itself have been posted since November 2022. The only DLC ever released was the soundtrack, which shipped on December 7, 2022 and is already available. There are no unreleased DLC items in the store listing, no announced future content for Sex Chess specifically, and no developer roadmap pointing to anything coming for this game. The studio remains active overall (they continue releasing new games), but Sex Chess itself appears to have shipped as a complete, self-contained product with no ongoing update cycle.
