Sin and Love (Chinese title: 《长安：石之舞》) launched on Steam on May 24, 2025. On that same day, the developer posted a statement explicitly saying "this is not the final form" of the game and committed to ongoing development, specifically naming new stages, story chapters, and special gameplay modes as planned content. The team followed through with a very active post-launch update pace: multiple feature patches per week through June and July 2025, culminating in a substantial major update on August 30, 2025 that added new talent and relic systems, new difficulty tiers, and 10 new endings. This update itself noted that the team would "continue listening to player feedback" going forward. However, August 30, 2025 is the last recorded developer communication of any kind. Before that date, the studio was posting updates extremely frequently — sometimes several times per week. The absence of any communication since August 30, 2025 (now over 12 months as of September 17, 2026) is a sharp break from that pattern.
