Six Braves is a free-to-play strategy RPG developed solo, as the developer confirmed at launch on September 13, 2022. Since launch, the developer has steadily added new playable character DLC in distinct waves: five characters released at or near launch (2022), four more in May 2024, one in September 2025, and three more on May 31, 2026. All 17 listed DLC entries are currently released, with none marked as unreleased.
The developer has not posted any statement declaring the game complete or announcing that no further content is planned. The most recent DLC wave shipped on May 31, 2026 — approximately four months before today (October 1, 2026). Looking at the historical release pattern, major content batches have arrived roughly every 6–12 months: May 2024, September 2025, and May 2026. Four months since the last wave puts us comfortably within that window. The developer has also continued posting patches, with the most recent bug fix news post dated March 13, 2025.
