The developer has been transparent from the start that Early Access is intended as a community-driven development phase, with a wide range of features still being built out — including a complete story campaign (targeting 14+ hours of narrative content), expanded farming and cooking systems, new islands, and more social features. Since launch, the developer has maintained a rapid and consistent update pace. Within just the first six weeks, they shipped multiple substantial updates: a community-driven quality-of-life patch on January 27, 2026 (adding storage chests, 31 Steam achievements, and new localizations); a farming content roundup on February 6, 2026 (adding 10 new crops, fertilizers, and a Lost & Found system); a major crafting expansion on February 23, 2026 (40+ new blueprints, new crafting materials, and UI overhauls); a 30+ item decor expansion also on February 23, 2026; and the Rain Maker automation device on March 6, 2026 (a heavily community-requested feature). The most recent developer communication was on March 6, 2026.
