The store description describes a finished game with no mentions of planned DLC, expansions, seasonal content, or any post-launch content roadmap. The developer's news history consists of just two posts — a feature patch on November 5, 2021 that added cross-platform network play between Windows, iOS, and Android, and a small bug fix on November 24, 2021. There are no major content expansions in the game's history, no announced future content, and no developer communications since November 2021. The game appears to have launched as a complete product and has since received only occasional maintenance updates. No further content has been announced or signaled.

About this game

Slay is a turn based strategy game where your goal is to conquer the island by buying men and using them to capture your enemies' hexagons. By combining two men you can create a single more powerful man who is able to kill weaker men. The twist to the game is that the more powerful a man that you create is, the more expensive he is to maintain. Men cannot be un-bought so you must tread a fine line between building up your forces, and not being rashly ambitious. Sneakily cutting an enemy territory in half to bankrupt one side of it is an essential skill to learn!
