Sledgehammer (also known as Gear Grinder) launched on March 12, 2014 as a complete, self-contained action/racing game. The store description presents a finished product with a full single-player campaign, six minigames, and multiplayer modes — no roadmaps, season passes, or promises of future content. The only developer communication directly related to this game was a minor April 20, 2014 update that added Steam Trading Cards, which is routine housekeeping rather than a sign of ongoing content development.
