Smart Factory Tycoon launched on March 26, 2022 and received a small burst of post-launch patches in the first week (Updates #1 and #2 in late March) followed by a feature update adding difficulty settings on April 2, 2022. After that, developer activity shifted toward promoting their next game, Oxygen, announced in July 2022 and followed by a free demo release in October 2022. The last communication about Smart Factory Tycoon itself was a Chinese New Year goodwill post on January 21, 2023 — which, while warm in tone, did not mention any planned updates, new features, or future content. Since then, there have been no further posts, announcements, or updates of any kind. The developer has no announced or listed unreleased DLC, no stated roadmap, and no post-launch pattern of major content releases beyond initial launch-week patches. The studio's attention appears to have moved fully to Oxygen. The game launched as a complete product and has received no substantive content development since early April 2022.
